She has an extensive experience working for international companies in areas of B2B marketing communications, market research and event management. For the last 10 years Margarita was employed by a global satellite operator, where she was responsible for the development of communication strategies and all aspects related to company presence in trade associations, exhibitions and conferences in Russia, Ukraine, Georgia and Baltic countries.

Roman has got more than 10 years of experience of work in civil service, working in the field of national security and international relations, first at the National Institute for International Security Problems at the National Security and Defense Council Staff of Ukraine. He specialized in the issues of the interaction between international policy and security. Roman has worked for NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy at the department of information and analytical support. He worked on issues of dispute resolution, reform of Ukraine’s oil and gas industry and shale gas extraction.
Roman has worked with Ukrainian Democracy Foundation People First as a chief editor of Democracy Watch weekly, also coordinating the work between the Foundation and the European information portal EurActiv. He specialized on the issues of the international policy, national and information security, key tendencies in the energy field of the region.

She was also involved in projects organized by the Foundation for Democracy “People First” and the Committee of Economists of Ukraine. She joined Stober, Poltavets & Associates in 2013.
